Do you want to know where your allergy complaints come from? Our Allergy Center tests for approximately 150 inhalant allergens. Based on a questionnaire and a subsequent video consultation with our doctor, it is determined which allergens should be included in the blood test.

Pantea Kiani has worked as a pharmacist and lifestyle pharmacist for over eight years and is an external PhD candidate at Utrecht University. Parallel to this, she is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Pharmacogenomics and Precision Medicine at the University of Florida, through which she further specializes in pharmacogenetics and precision medicine.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy at Utrecht University; she completed her Master’s in Pharmaceutical Care cum laude at KU Leuven. This international academic foundation translates into a broad perspective on pharmaceutical care and medical innovation. Within various community and outpatient pharmacies, she has guided patients regarding medication use, therapy safety, and pharmacotherapeutic optimization—experience that she now applies to translate scientific insights into daily care practice.
In addition, Kiani is active as a scientific author. She publishes regularly in international peer-reviewed journals and presents at conferences in fields including pharmacy, pharmacogenetics, public health, and COVID-19-related research. Her PhD research focuses on medication use during the COVID-19 pandemic and its relationship with immune fitness. ‘Within Easly, I focus on the medical content and strategic development of new care services,’ says Kiani. ‘I work on the implementation of pharmacogenetics in primary care, interpret diagnostic results, and develop care pathways where medication, lifestyle, and innovative diagnostics come together.’
What attracts her to her role is the connection between disciplines: ‘What appeals to me about Easly is the opportunity to bring science, pharmacy, and entrepreneurship together. I strongly believe in the future of personalized care, in which not only medication is considered, but also genetics, lifestyle, and prevention.’
