Considering that an STD can manifest in various parts of the body, we always advise contemplating additional sample collections.

Once you have collected your bodily material, you will send it to the laboratory via post. On average, medical mail takes approximately 1 to 3 days for transportation. Upon arrival at the laboratory, your samples will be promptly analyzed for the requested test(s). You can expect to receive your results within approximately 48 hours after the samples’ arrival at the lab.

Your results will be accessible exclusively through your personal and secure results page using the unique code provided in your test kit.

Within the comfort of your own home, you can perform the test following clear and simple collection instructions. The test package contains written instructions as well as a link to video instructions. If you opt for an STD test through your GP, the cost may be deducted from your healthcare deductible. However, if you are under 25 years of age or belong to a risk group, you may be eligible for a free STD test from the GGD. At Easyly, you are responsible for the cost of your test.

In the event of a positive result, we strongly recommend contacting your personal GP promptly for further guidance, treatment, and assistance with partner notification. It is important to note that Easly does not provide treatment services. If you prefer, you can first consult one of our independent doctors at Easly for medical advice. Upon receiving a positive result, you will receive a test certificate signed by a medical molecular microbiologist. This certificate can be presented to your GP to initiate appropriate treatment.

Easly does not offer treatment services for positive test results. Our role is limited to providing and analyzing the STI at-home test. We strongly advise you to promptly contact your doctor upon receiving a positive result. This will ensure that you receive timely and proper treatment for the contracted STD.

To prevent the spread of STDs and protect yourself and your sexual partners, it is crucial to notify your partner(s) if you receive a positive test result. We recommend contacting your doctor immediately after a positive result to initiate treatment and discuss partner notification. Your GP can facilitate an anonymous partner notification on your behalf, or our doctors at Easly can assist you in facilitating this process.
