Instructions how to enable access to
camera and microphone

If access to camera/microphone was forbidden by the user then the following steps can be done by the user to enable access:

iOS Safari

  1. Click the icon to the left of your address bar. A pop-up will appear with a list of options.
  2. Click Website Settings

3. Select “Allow“ for Camera

  1. Select “Allow“ for Microphone

  2. Click “Done”

6. Open again link to your booking from email if you are on Barcode scanning page OR just refresh the browser if you are on the call with a doctor

Android Chrome

  1. Click the icon to the left corner of your screen.

2. A pop-up will appear with a list of options. Tap on Permissions.

3. Tap to turn the camera on

4. Open again the link to your booking from email
