In addition, the creatinine value is determined to determine the reliability of the urine sample.
The microorganisms in our intestines have a major influence on our health and how vital we feel. With the microbiome test we determine which bacteria are present in what proportion based on a sample collected at home in our laboratory. The test can provide a solution for:
Do you want to know where your allergy complaints come from? Our Allergy Center tests for approximately 150 inhalant allergens. Based on a questionnaire and a subsequent video consultation with our doctor, it is determined which allergens should be included in the blood test.
In addition, the creatinine value is determined to determine the reliability of the urine sample.
Every person is sensitive to medication to varying degrees. Over- or underdosing is lurking, with all its consequences (side effects). Easly offers a DNA test that determines the DNA Medication Passport based on a saliva sample in our laboratory.
The advantages:

Fatigue can significantly impede your daily tasks and affect your overall well being. Considering its range of severity, the impact it can have on both your physical and mental health, and the numerous possible origins, pinpointing the exact cause can be a complex task. To counter this, Easly has formulated a comprehensive blood test for tiredness. Our at home fatigue blood test allows us to delve into the physical factors that may be fueling persistent fatigue.
Are you often plagued by a sense of tiredness? Numerous physical factors could be at play. A significant number of individuals attribute their fatigue to disrupted sleep patterns and stress. However, underlying medical conditions like anemia, thyroid irregularities, kidney and liver function disorders, as well as blood sugar imbalances can also induce fatigue. Moreover, fatigue can be a lingering symptom of viral infections. Among these, the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is notorious for causing prolonged fatigue.
Easly brings you a hassle-free way to uncover the causes of your fatigue. Purchase our Fatigue Blood Test online and await a complimentary delivery of the kit right to your door. When you’re ready, visit a local PMO testing site to have your blood sample taken, and simply mail it back to our laboratory in the enclosed return envelope. In just 48 hours from the time we receive your sample, we will provide you with validated results and expert medical advice from our professionals. You can access these insights swiftly and conveniently through both Easly’s web portal and our easy-to-navigate mobile app.
In the lab, we assess a broad range of biomarkers (detailed in the “What biomarkers are tested for?” section). Here, we provide a brief overview of what we test for in our blood tests for fatigue and how it may be pertinent to your fatigue symptoms.
Anemia
Anemia is a significant potential contributor to fatigue. We assess your complete blood count to identify any signs of anemia. Further, by analyzing your iron status, we can ascertain whether an iron deficiency is the cause of anemia or may potentially lead to it. Vitamin B12 deficiency is another possible cause of anemia, and we evaluate this along with holotranscobalamin, which helps us to determine if there’s a deficiency at both the blood and tissue level.
Possible Inflammatory Reactions (hs-CRP)
The hs-CRP marker helps to identify long-standing minor inflammatory responses in the body, which may lead to fatigue. Prolonged low-grade inflammation also contributes to atherosclerosis, thus an elevated hs-CRP can also suggest an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Recent bacterial or viral infections could be another reason for high hs-CRP levels.
Thyroid Hormone Levels
Either an overactive (hyperthyroidism) or underactive (hypothyroidism) thyroid can lead to symptoms of fatigue. Within our fatigue blood test we assess the levels of TSH, the hormone that stimulates thyroid function, and fT4, the thyroid hormone itself, to gauge your thyroid’s activity.
Cortisol Excess
The stress hormone cortisol plays a crucial role in metabolism. When under stress, your cortisol levels rise, providing an energy boost. However, prolonged stress can make the body less responsive to cortisol, leading to fatigue. We measure cortisol levels in our fatigue test via a saliva sample.
Liver or Kidney Function
Chronic kidney damage can manifest as fatigue. We assess kidney function by analyzing eGFR and creatinine levels in the blood, which reflect how effectively the kidneys are filtering blood.
Fatigue can also stem from liver dysfunction. In our fatigue blood panel test we measure ALAT, ASAT, Gamma GT, AF, Bilirubin, and Albumin to evaluate the liver’s performance.
Blood Sugar Levels
Abnormal blood sugar levels, as seen in diabetes, can also contribute to fatigue. We assess HbA1c in the fatigue blood test to detect this. HbA1c indicates the average blood sugar level over the past two to three months, making it a more reliable measure than glucose, which only provides a snapshot.

Read moreThe cause of persistent fatigue is complex and can involve both mental and physical factors. Unraveling the physical root causes requires comprehensive blood testing, as numerous potential triggers may be at play.
For chronic fatigue, it’s advisable to conduct a complete blood count to detect any abnormalities in your blood parameters. It’s also recommended to test for certain diseases known to induce fatigue and measure the levels of the stress hormone, cortisol. The Easly Tired all the time blood test can help with this.
Various conditions can result in fatigue, including anemia, thyroid and cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and liver or kidney issues. Infectious mononucleosis, often caused by the Epstein Barr virus, is also a common contributor. It’s important to note that this list is not exhaustive, as numerous conditions can underpin chronic fatigue.
The right vitamins depend on the specific cause of your fatigue. For instance, if there is a deficiency in vitamin B12 or vitamin D, supplements containing these vitamins may be beneficial. Always seek the advice of a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
Fatigue can manifest both mentally and physically. Determining what’s abnormal largely relies on personal perception. Generally, fatigue becomes abnormal when it significantly hampers your daily functioning or when persistent fatigue symptoms can’t be attributed to excessive exertion or disturbed sleep. In such cases, conducting a fatigue test can provide insights.
While there is no one-size-fits-all solution for preventing burnout, taking care of your body through healthy eating and regular exercise is crucial. Creating moments of relaxation and setting boundaries at work are also vital. Implementing structures that help maintain control over tasks can be beneficial. If stress symptoms arise, don’t ignore them. Seek support from colleagues, friends, or your partner, take a cortisol stress test, and consult a professional if symptoms persist.
