No you won’t. We work exclusively with tests purchased through the Easly website. To start the appointment, you need to scan the unique QR code on the test. Thus, the test appointment is linked to your own test.

No, at this time there is no linkage to the CoronaCheck app. You will receive an email with your result indicating positive or negative.

Yes, that is possible. You will receive the travel certificate by mail with the results.
When the results are known, the certificate will be sent by mail.
The certificate is in English. This contains your name, date of birth, nationality and the document number of your ID. It says when the test was performed and reviewed including the result of the test validated by one of our physicians.

If the test is unused, you can return the test within 5 business days of ordering. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. We will process the return and refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Please note that we can only accept the return if the test kit has not been opened (and the sticker on the package is still intact).
We will send your package as a letterbox parcel via PostNL. If you order before 4 p.m., we will make sure PostNL receives your package the same day.
Usually, your package will then be delivered the next day. PostNL delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
