Certains scientifiques consid\u00e8rent le stress comme le r\u00e9sultat d&#8217;un stimulus externe n\u00e9gatif, que nous percevons comme une menace. Mais on peut aussi consid\u00e9rer le stress de mani\u00e8re plus large. En effet, m\u00eame lors d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements positifs &#8211; un grand concert avec votre groupe, le jour de votre mariage &#8211; vous pouvez ressentir du stress. Un peu de stress est sain et peut stimuler les performances. Mais il ne faut pas en abuser, par exemple en travaillant trop dur pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes. Dans ce cas, la r\u00e9action de lutte ou de fuite de l&#8217;organisme est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e. Cela peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 une pression persistante ou \u00e0 l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, par exemple. Parfois, le d\u00e9r\u00e8glement de la r\u00e9ponse au stress est le r\u00e9sultat d&#8217;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement traumatisant. Un tel stress a naturellement des cons\u00e9quences : vous pouvez souffrir de toutes sortes de sympt\u00f4mes physiques et mentaux
