C&#8217;est une substance polyvalente impliqu\u00e9e dans de nombreux processus dans le corps. Par exemple, le cortisol assure que votre corps est alerte pendant le stress, c&#8217;est pourquoi on l&#8217;appelle aussi l&#8217;hormone du stress. De plus, le cortisol joue un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9gulation du syst\u00e8me immunitaire en aidant \u00e0 supprimer les r\u00e9actions inflammatoires. Quels sont les sympt\u00f4mes courants des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de cortisol ?
