Hb stands for hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is a protein and is a component of red blood cells (erythrocytes). Hemoglobin contains four iron molecules. These iron molecules are capable of binding one oxygen molecule each.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
